Hive inspection and mentoring
Do you own a hive that hasn't been checked for a while? Are your bees so grumpy that you don't feel comfortable opening the hive? Will you be out of town for a while and want someone to check on your bees while you're away?
Contact us for friendly and non-judgemental advice and assistance. Whether you want to participate in the inspection, or feel more comfortable watching from behind a window, it's up to you!

Pricing*
Standard inspection (up to 1.5 hours): $120
Long inspection (over 1.5 hours): $120 for first 1.5 hours plus excess time billed at $60/hour (private) or $80/hour (organisational)
Hive post-mortems: flat $80
Other (e.g. moving hives, requeening): Please contact us
Note that for trips over 30 minutes from central Canberra, a travel fee may apply.
